In a sentence, I'm a problem driven nerd, tinkerer, hacker and builder who loves to solve problems. I always find myself trying to learn new things, explore new technologies, combine new ideas and think outside of every box, circle and triangle I have to in order to create the best solution to a problem. Through my past and present work experience, I've continually trained my skills as a Product Manager and Business Analyst to better enable me to build incredible client experiences around these solutions.
In the recent past, these experiences have taken the form of an iOS app, Xbox Kinect game, product design and 3D belt. My undergraduate degree, Global Business and Digital Arts with a Political Science Minor, has also lead me to build a variety of experiences such as a digital art installation and bridge between the physical and digital worlds.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything that I do. Together, my academic background and agile-based work history have afforded me years of experience in collaborative environments. These environments have ranged from small teams to several departments across an entire company. Working within these environments, I have been able to work directly with major clients, design and develop products, lead sprints and the implementation of new product features, user-test designs, gather and analyze quantitive and qualitative data, launch major updates to real users and assess the success of deployed work.
This past has allowed me to work and think like a developer, designer, marketer, entrepreneur and user experience researcher which has taught me how to communicate across disciplines with ease.
